Welcome to Accrely. By accessing or using our accreditation management system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform. These terms govern your use of Accrely and the Accre-Core system.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Accrely, you confirm that:
- •You are authorized by your institution to use this system
- •You will use the platform in accordance with BAC and BNQF guidelines
- •You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- •You accept responsibility for all activities under your account
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Security
- •You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- •You are responsible for all activities under your account
- •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- •Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- •Upload false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
- •Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
- •Use the system for any unlawful purpose
- •Violate intellectual property rights of others
Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that:
- •The service will be available at all times without interruption
- •The platform will be free from errors or technical issues
- •All data uploads will be successful without delays
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice for maintenance, updates, or improvements.
Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Ownership
Accrely and Accre-Core, including all software, design, content, and documentation, are owned by Jagannath University and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the system without permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of documents and materials you upload. By using Accrely, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service and facilitate accreditation processes.
Data Usage and Privacy
Your use of Accrely is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with that policy. By using this service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accrely and Jagannath University shall not be liable for:
- •Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- •Loss of data or profits arising from use of the service
- •Decisions made by BAC or other regulatory bodies based on data in the system
- •Service interruptions or technical failures
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- •You violate these Terms of Service
- •You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- •Your institution withdraws authorization
- •The account remains inactive for an extended period
Upon termination, your right to access the system ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or institutional policy.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or system notifications. Your continued use of Accrely after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
