By accessing or using Accrely ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Service Description
Accrely is a digital accreditation support system designed for Bangladeshi Higher Education Institutions. It provides tools for document management, program assessment, scoring, and accreditation reporting aligned with BAC guidelines.
Accounts and Sign-In
You can create an account with your email address and a password, or with your Google account. Either way, the information you give us must be accurate and your own. New accounts may need to be approved before they can be used, and we may decline or remove access at our discretion.
If you sign in with Google, you also agree to Google's terms for your Google account. How we handle the information Google shares with us is described in our Privacy Policy.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, ensuring the accuracy of uploaded data, and complying with their institution's data governance policies. The Platform must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
The Accrely platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the development team. Institutional data and uploaded documents remain the property of the respective institution.
Limitation of Liability
Accrely is provided as a support tool for accreditation processes. Final accreditation decisions rest with BAC. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the Platform or other users at risk. You can stop using the Platform and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
